We are currently working with a fantastic studio/production company that is looking for an Accounts Assistant with an AP focus to start immediately for a 12 month contract with the potential to be extended.
You will be responsible for supporting the Finance team in relation to invoicing, expenses, bank and petty cash and processing documents.
- Processing Purchase Invoices Daily
- Reconciling Petty Cash and Cafe Receipt accounts
- Assisting with supplier and freelancer payruns
- Completing daily bank reconciliations
- Resolving Customer billing queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Reconciling and processing company credit card transactions
- Assisting with the posting of sales invoices in busy periods
- Completing ad hoc reports as required
- A minimum of 1 years of accountancy experience
- Experience of working in a KPI driven environment
- Experience of working in a volume/yield business
- Experience of working in a creative, fast growing business
- Working knowledge of Xero or similar
