Great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Finance/Operations systems division of a global Media organisation. This position will work on the optimisation of global finance processes and rollout of their SAP ERP system with interfaced systems.
You will form part of a busy team and will be required to take ownership of the processes surrounding one or more of the following areas: Order to Cash/P2P, Tax & HR.
You will be part of the roll out team and be required to have full oversight of the end to end processes, ensuring all participants are fully equipped to manage their area of the process. You will have a full understanding of SAP and support each step of the implementation ensuring full functionality of installed that fits the requirements of the end user and the business needs. You will map the requirements and ensure that the project is running effectively and smoothly to ensure that there is not a negative impact on the daily running of the company during the roll out. You will also manage the expectation of all end users and stakeholders involved.
You will also be required to ensure that training material and documentation is delivered to support the end user during and post implementation, updating as required.
This role will get contacted by the business a lot, around new ideas, how they do this and what finance process then needs to be implemented.
To be a suitable candidate you will ideally be a part- qualified accountant or above and have extensive business analyst and systems implementation experience. You will be an expert in SAP rollouts (relating to P2P, OTC, Tax etc) and have the ability to deliver and present to all stakeholders involved. You will be a confident communicator and be a natural problem solver. You will need to also extensive financial accounting and accounts receivable experience.
