We’re working with a Major Record label to hire a Creative Manager, to work in their in-house creative studio, working alongside the Marketing and Creative Director to conceive and create engaging visuals for a wide range of artists and label initiatives. As an experienced creative manager, you will be strategic as the Marketing point of sale looking at ways to advertise assets across a diverse range of formats, as well and being financially astute managing budgets for creative work and negotiating fee’s with creatives and freelancers then making sure that suppliers are paid punctually. This role is responsible for commissioning a wide range of creatives from designers to stylists and photographers, keeping everything on track and within budgets.

You are a creative that has come up through the ranks, working daily on song and album artwork design, art directing, creating mood boards and physical artwork format layouts as well as Logo creation. You are fluent in the Adobe creative suite (illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) with a working knowledge of video editing software. A first class communicator, with the ability to present to people at all levels including artists, managers and senior executives. You possess excellent time management and organisational skills and are used to working to tight deadlines and managing workflows. Experience with the trello workflow platform would be seen as advantageous as is a strong passion and experience in the music industry or agency side.
