A major force in the music industry is searching for a CRM & Consumer Marketing Manager to join them in their London office. The company represent some of the biggest acts in music, and the successful applicant will help provide comprehensive consumer relationship-marketing to one of its major label. You will develop creative and innovative ways to increase engagement and promote database growth, and also incorporate new technologies and developments in CRM systems when devising communication strategies. Your CRM plans for key artists will also be forward thinking, nurturing existing fans whilst attracting new ones.
The CRM & Consumer Marketing Manager will work closely with various teams across the business. They will work closely with the eCommerce & Label Marketing teams to increase CRM driven revenues, and also provide the marketing & digital teams with an in-depth knowledge of the processes behind data collection and management, as well as the execution of high quality CRM campaigns.
This is an awesome opportunity to make your mark within one of the biggest names in music. No prior music experience is required, but a background in a fashion, streetwear, trainers or merchandise brand, along with experience of running the likes of flash sales and limited drops online is important. You will be a driven, motivated, and confident individual, with excellent IT skills including competency across all Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Powerpoint. HTML coding skills are also highly desirable. You must also be personable and actively emerged in music culture and its consumption across multiple channels. A strong working knowledge of Google Analytic tools, tracking parameters & analysis is required, along with experience of working with CRM systems and delivering qualitative & quantitative analysis
