An Independently owned Media Group, primarily delivering published news and children’s content through a growing subscriber and retail base are looking to add a CRM Executive, reporting to their Consumer Marketing Manager, the role will be responsible for delivering retention targets on two publications and subscriber services aimed at children. The role will also develop an on-going loyalty and engagement programme to the two different aged audiences with the key aim of increasing subscription lengths.
As the CRM professional within the business, this role will give you the opportunity to develop and implement your strategic vision and act as the customers champ within the business. It requires you to be analytical, with a strong digital focus along with impeccable attention to detail.
You have proven success in managing CRM campaigns, preferably within a subscription based business. A numerate, analytical CRM professional with the ability to understand audiences and habits (Parents and Children). You have strong MS Excel skills and experience in forecasting and producing “what if” scenarios and solid copywriting skills.
