Job Description

A Global TV Network that produces and creates thousands of hours of original content, have a vacancy for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the SVP Business Development, Europe & Africa & General manager for the UK, on a maternity contract. This role also has the prospect of project work and you will also be liaising with several other departments.

The Role:

  • Managing a complex diary schedule
  • Organising accommodation, facilities and refreshments in a cost effective manner
  • Co-ordinate domestic & international travel – booking flights, arranging Visas and appropriate transfer transport
  • Arranging events & meetings whilst assessing selected venues
  • Managing expenses, processing PO’s and authorising invoices
  • Ensuring the daily administration is run smoothly
  • Drafting agendas, writing minutes & supporting on communication for the UK office
  • Working closely with other EA’s in the business on occasional projects & events

You will have proven executive assistant experience within the creative industry, preferably from TV/Film/Entertainment. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, have a high standard of integrity, be computer literate (PowerPoint & Excel), be confident to work independently and with people at all levels.
