Job Description

A dynamic Marketing and Advertising agency within Arts & Entertainment is looking for a proactive, bubbly Executive Assistant to be the face and voice of the MD’s office. Responsible for the smooth running of the MDs time and ever changing, bustling diary.


The Role:

  • Extensive Email and Calendar Management
  • Ensuring the MD’s time is being best utilised for weekdays and weekends
  • Able to act on behalf of the MD at client facing meetings when the MD is absent or unable to attend
  • Understanding and interpreting financial information and relaying clearly to the MD
  • Keep an ongoing ‘Task’ and ‘To Do’ list at all times
  • Research and understand information and relay to the MD
  • Co-ordinate board meetings and conferences and ensuring they are catered for
  • Arranging management days and client events/functions with the PA to the CEO
  • Putting together meeting agendas and taking minutes
  • Compile expenses and reports
  • Manage invitations to events and press nights
  • Responsible for global travel arrangements and itineraries


About You:

  • Extensive experience working within a Media/ Entertainment Agency as an EA/PA to the MD/CEO.
  • Well versed supporting a bustling, ever changing diary
  • Experience working in a fast paced, client facing environment
  • Somebody who is industry aware enough to be ‘tuned in’ to what is required and can act on the MD’s behalf
  • Passion for the theatre is highly desirable
  • Well-spoken, well-presented and very articulate
  • Advanced PowerPoint , Excel and Word
