Job Description

A dynamic Marketing and Advertising agency within Arts & Entertainment is looking for a HR Administrator to provide support for the HR team and to be the first point of call for all HR matters for the team.

This is a Temp to Perm contract and the role includes:

  • Day to day maintenance of system
  • Inputting all holiday entitlements
  • Ensure all Appraisals are carried out and reported
  • Manage starter & leaver process
  • Keeping the intranet updated
  • Managing offer letters, It requirements and contracts

About You:

  • You must have a minimum of 2 years HR experience
  • You MUST have experience of working with Octopus HR database
  • Have strong administration skills
  • Have a strong initiative to constantly seek new way of improving process
  • Strong communication skills
