A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a major Entertainment Business for a HR Business Partner to provide guidance and support to stakeholders and managers within the business, on a 6 month contract.
Reporting to the Director, your key responsibilities will include:
You must be part or full CIPD postgraduate, have extensive HR knowledge and be able to provide commercial focused guidance, be confident in handling employee relations and have proven experience in advising and handling restructures.
You will be able to thrive in a fast paced environment that also allows you to develop strong working relationships within the business.
