Job Description

A UK wide network of performing arts academies, based in High Wycombe, is looking for an experienced HR Manager with the right mix of knowledge and passion to drive the business forward.


Being part of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for developing the HR infrastructure to support growth, as well as providing solutions to HR issues.


Key accountabilities:

  • Plan and implement the recruitment process for all vacancies and manage with recruitment agencies
  • Devise an organisation training plan and co-ordinating delivery
  • Prepare & manage budgets for staffing related costs
  • Advise Directors and managers on statutory changes
  • Advise on restructuring and timescales for recruitment
  • Oversee the development of the staff handbook
  • Develop flowcharts and checklists to support all staff through HR procedures
  • Understand GDPR implications
  • Ensure policies are developed, updated and reviewed.


You will have over 3 years HR experience at CIPD level 5 or above, be educated to at least undergraduate degree level, be a confident professional with good influencing skills and be committed to providing a service that makes a difference.
