An International Record Label, with an envious roster is looking for an experienced Digital Data Analyst to inform campaign implementation, reporting and data usage across their International Commercial and Marketing teams. You will pay a lead role in enhancing the digital media strategy of each release and supporting the implementation of each campaign.
A Unique, pivotal and commercially focused role that is crucial to the digital function. You will conceive and analyse data reports and use data analytics KPI’s to inform strategy and set objectives. You will work with the Head of Digital on playlist optimization, utilizing internal tools with keen understanding and ability to translate this to the team internally in all international offices. Using data to provide labels with in-depth campaign analysis, interpreting of trends and making recommendations for campaigns.
You are detail orientated and analytical and have in depth insight in to the ad-tech marketplace. You will have an in depth knowledge of the top digital commercial platforms and the digital sales process, with great numerical and analytical skills and experience in finding opportunities to exploit data management platform functionalities. You have excellent experience with Content Management Systems and the ability to liaise with 3rd party label partners on the opportunities within digital data and ad tech, to ensure that the data and digital function is at the forefront of the digital landscape.
You will have in-house experience, having worked within and supported a sales function and a very solid understanding of the streaming marketplace with its constant evolution with trending playlists etc. On top of this a clear understanding of consumer behaviours and an extensive marketing communications background with products and services within a B2B environment.
We are looking for someone with at least a couple of years’ experience gained in a similar role, preferably within a Music / Record Label environment. You have advanced MS Excel skills and able to pick out trends and present to senior management, have first rate communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and promote digital media principles across all functions.
