A global media & entertainment company are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd Line IT support across the group. You will be working alongside a team of IT support analysts to provide on-site support to the group’s corporate users, productions and permanent tenants, in addition to providing assistance to the global server and network teams when needed.
Initially on a 3 month basis, the IT Support Analyst must have experience working within, or in conjunction, with outsourced IT teams, as well as proven service desk experience and knowhow of ITIL service management environments. Given the nature of the business, experience working with media – in particular film/TV – would be advantageous.
