A Global Media Agency are looking for an experienced Account Executive to support the BDM’s in a fast paced business where you will juggle projects, and manage timelines and deadlines, making sure that New Business opportunities are fully coordinated whilst maintaining the profile of the Agency.

Reporting to the National Business Director, your role will include but not be limited to;

Helping to prepare RFI and RFP submissions, using info from New Business archives and keeping intermediary website up to date on a monthly basis. By gathering content, liaising with design and support on pitch theatre you will support the New Business Director with creating pitching materials and overseeing all logistical elements. On top of this, you should keep the new business best practice material, archives and case studies up to date and prepare the monthly newsletters and microsites where relevant. Finally, this role will be responsible for preparing show reels, video case studies, and submissions. Preparing credentials materials and presentations and preparing webinar content and masterclasses.

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive or Coordinator from an Agency background, with experience in supporting a business development, account management or sales function. You are passionate about the media industry, excited about new challenges and have an entrepreneurial spirit. An analytical mind, who is hands on and detail orientated. You are a first class communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
