Job Description

Working for an award winning Production and brand licensing company. They produce an excellent array of films, TV and games.  They are currently looking for a Part-Time Office Manager, reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations. You will organise and manage the office to maximise the productivity of the business.

The Role:

  • Review daily task list and meeting schedule
  • Prepare meeting rooms and kitchen
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors
  • Manage the company petty cash
  • Arrange for all office repairs
  • Provide initial IT support and refer questions to outside support
  • Manage office supplies in line with budget
  • Carry out Health & Safety assessments on a monthly basis
  • Package all shipping for courier
  • Ensure office is secure and manage office keys for all staff
  • Manage the company storage unit
  • Organise PAT testing

The Person:

  • Have previous experience of Office Administration and management
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Have strong English & Maths academic results

You must also have great pride in managing the office, be smart & professional in appearance, be flexible in approach, eager to learn, have strong problem solving skills, communicate clearly, balance a busy workload and have excellent customer service.

This role also offers flexibility for working days and hours.
