Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a prestigious food company who create and delivers culinary memories for guests are looking for a Procurement Manager for Food and Beverages.


You will have a strategic mindset always looking for the most cost effective deals and suppliers.  You will conduct all Food & Beverage procurement duties within the company finding the best ways to reduce expenses.


The Role:

  • Negotiating deals and contracts with suppliers
  • Initiate business partnerships; Sourcing strategies and profitable suppliers
  • Examining new and existing contracts negotiating with suppliers to secure favourable terms
  • Approve the ordering of goods and services and finalising purchase order details
  • Reducing expenses and improving effectiveness through tracking and report key functional metrics
  • Supervise the Food and Beverage Controller
  • Ensure the specifications and expectations of the company are met
  • Prepare control strategies through data analysis for unfavorable events
  • Undertake risk management for supply agreements and contracts
  • Build long term saving on procurement costs
  • Training staff on sites on ‘goods receiving’
  • Conduct stock rotation and storage training within sites


About you:

  • Experience as a Procurement Manager working in a multi-site role
  • A strong understanding of the Food & Beverage industry
  • Experience working on accounting systems
  • A natural at building relationships with suppliers internal stakeholders
  • Ability to motivate, develop and lead by demonstrating initiative
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding cost effective savings
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
