This is a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join a growing independent & award winning Television and Production company.
This role reports into the Operations Manager and the key responsibilities include:
• Providing first class assistance and showing the highest level of support
• Managing the mailbox
• Arranging couriers, booking tickets and supporting different departments
• Ensuring the reception area is tidy & presentable at all times
• Being responsible for managing diary schedules for meeting rooms
• Preparing the office and distributing all post
• Arranging & ordering weekly stationary and office supplies
• Inputting expenses and reconciling petty cash
• Merchandising stock checks
You must have strong reception experience, be professional, friendly and polite, lead by example in appearance and punctuality, be confident using MS Office & Mac, have strong time management skills and be well organised & proactive.
