A specialist Music and Creative Services consultancy, based in Hertfordshire is looking for a Senior Account Manager to increase the stream of new clients and business to this growing Creative Services Agency.

You will liaise with the client’s brand & operations teams as well as some business owners and entrepreneurs. Taking a senior role in the clients services and account management team in the UK, liaising with the internal sales team and then working with International Account teams. The agency predominantly operates in the Hospitality & Retail sectors all over the world.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day to day requirements of existing accounts
  • Nurture client relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Manage projects within the agency
  • Produce project plans
  • Liaise with client’s external partners
  • Attend client calls and meetings to support Account Managers

You must have at least 3 years account management experience and a passion for Music and working in a Creative Services environment, where you will have worked with demanding clients on multiple projects simultaneously.

You will be educated to a degree level, have your own transport and have experience of managing a dynamic project team, using your talent to manage projects through to resolution. You will be working 4 days in the office in Hertfordshire and 1 day in London, so candidates that live in and around Hertfordshire would be preferred.
