A highly commercial role working for one of the largest brands in Entertainment, reporting to the Director of Sales covering EMEA territory sales for their renowned Leisure and Destinations business based in Central London.
A role that is responsible largely for Destination sales growth, within an existing client base with a focus on premium level travel or business partners. This role will also identify and recommend new distribution opportunities by client and region, whilst driving growth through the sales channel. In addition, you will source and share trade economic market research and competitor analysis and intelligence that could potentially impact the business.
Key responsibilities would include managing marketing engagement in the planning cycle, with trade partners and the sales team to develop and execute annual plans to include a relevant range of trade and trade to consumer activities. Also oversees the delivery of campaigns including an oversight of campaigns schematics, post campaign analysis and creative content review. Around a third of this role will take ownership of the sales cycle. Developing annual plans with the client and key internal stakeholders to deliver sales growth and ROI in line with strategy and growth plans. You will regularly deliver and attend client meetings and performance reviews and attending hospitality events to ensure that partners and highly engaged and that client partnership values and consistently demonstrated. The majority of this role works with managing and developing existing business relationships, however you will be expected to deliver some new business and attract new partners.
This is a very flexible role, working with clients in London or the South East – either working from home and attending the office every couple of weeks, or alternatively this role can be based in the offices in London, some National and International travel will be required.
You are a successful B2B2/C sales professional, preferably with a background in the travel or destinations Industry. Commercially astute with the ability to analyse and present data and excellent New Business development and Account Management skills. You are highly disciplined and process driven and able to strategically win business and deliver sales solutions. You have a natural ability to build relationships at c-suite level and are passionate about sales and targets, as well as being numerically competent.
