Job Description
An award-winning Entertainment company in London are recruiting for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a sole role within a small, friendly, fun team.
Key responsibilities:
• Match, batch and code a high volume of supplier invoices
• Upload and process weekly payment runs
• Maintain, update & correct all Purchase Ledger information
• Process & reconcile monthly credit card statements
• Process all employee expenses & petty cash purchases
• Month end reconciliations
• Dealing with all supplier queries
• Reconcile PAYE & NI deductions within Excel
Key skills required:
• 4 years’ experience working within a similar position
• Experience with high volume processing
• Industry experience is desirable but not essential
• Be a team player and willing to help others
• Must be able to cope well under pressure
