A well-known global classified ads business is looking for a new Country Manager to grow and develop their platform across France & Belgium. They are looking for a hands-on sales leader to grow the portfolio, as well as manage a small team of remote workers across multiple countries.
The business has a high volume on their site, exceeding 35,000,000 users per month globally which they plan on expanding further. This role is predominantly remote working with the occasional meet up in their office in central London. This opportunity allows for the right candidate to really make it their own and develop the grow the markets as they feel best.
- Leading the sales function, implement new strategies to generate further revenue
- Coaching, developing, and managing a team of 5 remote works across the globe
- Full P&L management
- Providing accurate reports to the Managing Director and working closely with them to grow the portfolio to present to senior stakeholders
- Work closely on marketing functions to drive further revenue
- Experience in working for a classified or listings business would stand you with a huge advantage
- French speaking is also desirable
- Strong leadership and management experience with a proven record of personal and team development
- Proven track record of consistent hitting or overachieving revenue targets
- Experienced with implementing business strategies
