About the job

Our client is a leading international Audio technology platform. They have been continually outperforming their targets and now need to add a Director of Business Development to their brand sales team, with a heavy focus on agencies, as a critical part of the business in helping them achieve their ambitus but highly achievable growth plans.


  • Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly sales quotas
  • Bring on board the biggest and best brands and their agencies
  • Cultivate an agency sales strategy
  • Foster, qualify and manage your own pipeline through a combination of prospecting, marketing and strategic targeting with their SDR team
  • Develop existing client relationships
  • Campaign the SaaS platform and vision for prospective clients through product demonstrations, trade shows, market events and special initiatives


  • BS/BA degree required
  • 4+ years of sales experience in the technology or agency sales field
  • Knowledge of the audio industry
  • Sales experience at an audio company such as Spotify, iHeart, Wondery, SiriusXM, Pandora is a plus.
  • Proven track record of outperforming targeted quotas selling to C-level executives at brands and agencies
