A fast-growing Global business is looking for an experienced Head of HR to ensure their HR department operates efficiently and aligns with the business objectives. You will oversee the global team in the UK, Singapore and Malaysia.

Their principles are to support organisations worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies, and to report on their implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enable SLT members and the overall organisation to meet and exceeds its business objectives. Coach and influence the leadership team through support, development program and learning
  • Actively develop the HR function to achieve its full potential to become an integral function to the rest of the business
  • Develop exceptional business partnering skills and practices with SLT to ensure they are supported to achieve their gaols.
  • Act as senior point of contact and subject matter expert on complex employment cases and projects and provide HR related advice to the SLT and beyond.
  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching HR gaps; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning and employee relations and retention.
  • Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities, communicating, and coordinating requirements, expediting fulfilment, evaluating milestone accomplishments, evaluating optional courses of action and changing assumptions and direction.

You will be a team player, have a positive mind-set, a can-do attitude, and resilience to cope with multiple demands and priorities. It’s essential you have experience of setting up new HR procedures and overseen the growth of the business.
