A global leading SaaS company are looking to add to their hugely successful customer success team with an experienced Senior Customer Success candidate to work with some of their biggest client in Germany. They are required to speak German and to have strong customer focused experience within a B2B, SaaS environment.

The business operates in multiple cities across the globe including New York, Copenhagen, Sydney to name a few. The ideal candidate will be based in either Germany or London but can also be located in other operating areas as long as they are able to speak German. The company is seeing consistent year on year growth, whilst maintaining and building on its strong working culture making it a great place to work.

The Role:

  • Be the main point of call for your accounts, ensuring they are getting the best out the product/offer.
  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships through actively engaging with accounts from both a management and operational perspective to further promote the product and add value to the client.
  • Act as a product coach with your clients by providing your knowledge and expertise in area that will be most beneficial for the client.
  • Work closely with your internal Account Management team, ensuring all information/updates are clear to aid the Account Management team maximise retention.
  • Develop and educate roadmaps for the customers success and work closely with the client to ensure this is followed.

The Candidate:

  • 5+ years customer success experience within a B2B, Saas environment. Ideally working with enterprise accounts.
  • German speaking is a MUST. They will not speak with any candidates who aren’t fluent in German.
  • Strong relationship builder, with proven experience in managing a demanding portfolio and delivering quality results.
  • Someone who understands the real meaning of ‘adding value’ and using that concept into their own practise.
  • An update passport as may be required to travel (covid permitting)
  • Ideally located in Munich or London
